TLV431AQFTA Overview
A handy package called TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt. The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program. The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.24V voltage is output. The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.Temperatures should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering. For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.15mA input applications can use the reference voltage. For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.A maximum voltage of 18V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 100μA.Its lowest voltage output is 1.24V.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 1.24V.This gadget is voltage reference circuit of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
