SB5100-T Overview
The average rectified current for this device is 5A volts. When the forward current reaches 5A, it is allowed. Its current rating is 5A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. A value of 400pF can be delivered by the device depending on its capacitance.Using the data chart, the peak reverse is 500μA in the datasheets.
