PI6CG15401ZHIEX Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. CMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 100MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.425V~1.575V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test.
