PBPC805 Overview
With 4 pins, it is equipped with a very low number.The device operates at 8A forward voltage.Basically, it is a 4-Square, PBPC-8 package-type electronic component.Observe the reverse leakage current and do not allow it to exceed zero.There is no mounting method for the device.Keeping it at -65°C~125°C TJ ensures its normal operation.This device is capable of supporting the maximum output voltage of 6A.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 125A.This device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10μA.
