PBPC802 Overview
There are no pins on rectifier.The device operates at 8A forward voltage.Electronic components in the 4-Square, PBPC-8 package are basically the same.Screw, Through Hole is the method of mounting the device.Keeping the temperature at -65°C~125°C TJ ensures normal operation.There is a maximum output voltage of 6A that it can support.Bridge rectifier is important to monBridge rectifieror surge current and not allow Bridge rectifier to exceed 125A.Using a reverse voltage of 10μA, this device can be powered.
