PBPC606 Overview
Having 4 pins, it is not equipped with anything.An operating voltage of 6A is required for this device.Basically, it's an electronic component with a 4-Square, PBPC-6 package.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed10μA is necessary.Bridge rectifier is mounted using the Screw, Through Hole method.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature must be set to -65°C~125°C TJ.This device is capable of supporting the maximum output voltage of 4A.A surge current should not exceed 125A and should be monitored.This device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10μA.
