PBPC601 Overview
Having 4 pins, it is not equipped with anything.The device operates at 6A forward voltage.A 4-Square, PBPC-6 package is a type of electronic component.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 10μA.A Screw, Through Hole mounting method is used for the device.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature must be set to -65°C~125°C TJ.In terms of maximum output voltage, it can support 4A.The surge current should be monitored and should not exceed zero.During its operation, this device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10μA.
