PBPC1007 Overview
Bridge rectifier has 4 pins.The device operates at 10A forward voltage.Electronic components in the 4-Square, PBPC-8 package are basically the same.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 10μA.Screw, Through Hole represents the mounting method.At -65°C~125°C TJ, it operates normally.In terms of output voltage, 8A is the maximum voltage that can be supported.A surge current should not exceed 150A and should be monitored.During its operation, this device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10μA.
