LM4040D33QFTA Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used with 15mA inputs.It generates a fixed voltage of 3.3V.
