GBU8005 Overview
There are no pins on rectifier. This device operates from a forward voltage of 8A.Basically, it is a 4-SIP, GBU package-type electronic component. The mounting method of the device is Through Hole.At -55°C~150°C TJ, it operates normally. The surge current should be monitored and should not exceed zero. There is a peak reverse voltage of 5μA which is used to power this device. The 8A output current provides maximum design flexibility.
