FMMT451TC Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 150mA 10V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 350mV allows maximum design flexibility. When VCE saturation is 350mV @ 15mA, 150mA, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated). For high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage must be kept at 1A.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (1A).During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
