Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.
