DGD0636S28-13 Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There are 6 drivers installed for this device.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.-40°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Inverting is the input type used in this program.There are 28 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 100V.In the analog circuit, it uses IC BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.
