The 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.7V~14V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range 150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type CMOS/TTL.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 50V.In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, this gate driver is included.
