BAV23C-7 Overview
A forward voltage of 1.25V will enable the device to operate.A maximum output voltage of 0.4A can be supported.We should be monitoring the surge current and keeping it below 9A.In this case, the forward voltage has to be set at 400mA to operate the device.This part can draw 400mA current.In this device, there are approximately 5pF farads of capacitance.In devices such as this one, reverse voltage peak is set at 100nA.
