BAT54-7-F Overview
A reasonable reverse voltage is 30V.When the forward current reaches 200mA, it is allowed.Having a current rating of 200mA means it can carry the maximum current an indefinite period without deterioration.A device that has a capacitance of 10pF can provide a value of 10pF.As far as output current is concerned, 0.2A is the maximum. In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 2μA, as indicated by the data chart.
