BAS16V-7 Overview
As long as the forward voltage is set to 1.25V, the device will operate.Maintaining a surge current under 2A and not letting it exceed it is the key to preventing it.A forward voltage of 200mA will enable the device to operate.Approximately 2pF farads of capacitance are found in this device.A reverse voltage peak of 1μA is used to power devices like this one.
