AZ7500EUP-E1 Product Details

AZ7500EUP-E1 Overview

Capsuled in the PDIP package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 7V~36V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 1kHz~200kHz. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. During power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set to 45 %. A temperature of -40°C or higher is recommended. There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs. There are 1 phases in this controller.
