AZ7031ZTR-E1 Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Box (TB). There are TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Voltage Detector line. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management is included in the Through Hole mount. Mounting type Through Hole is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
