AZ432BNTR-G1 Overview
An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used. The handy Shunt package is used in this program. This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package. For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance. As a result, it outputs 18V voltage.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms. The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 100mA.18V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 80μA is generally considered to be correct. It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 1.25V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 18V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 125°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at -40°C degrees Celsius.Voltage 1.25V is generated as a fixed/minimum value. There is 18V voltage higher than 18V that the voltage reference ic can send. There is SOT-23 device package associated with this voltage reference circuit's supplier.
