AZ431LANTR-G1 Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 18V.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled. For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs. There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage. The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 18V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 80μA.1.24V voltage lower than 1.24V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 18V, users should limit the voltage accordingly. An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation. The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.24V.Voltages of 18V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.A supplier device package of SOT-23 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
