AP64350SP-13 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100kHz~2.2MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. The output current of 3.5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 40V.
