AP432QL-7 Overview
There is a handy package SOT-25 used in this program.Adjustable, Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 5.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of 1%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 1.24V is determined by test statistics.The output should be 1.Input can be entered on a Adjustable form.It contains 5 pins.The temperature should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.Pins 5 are settled in the part.Applicable to Surface Mount applications.The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 200mA in this case.The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 20V.Its lowest output voltage is 1.24V.In view of the part's maximum input voltage of 1.252V, users are advised to confine the voltage accordingly.Voltage 5V is required.85°C more than 85°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as -20°C degrees Celsius.10mA supply current is required to run the voltage reference circuit.A current greater than 10mA may damage the voltage reference ic and cause improper operation.normally, this voltage reference ic's output current is 200mA .
