This program utilizes the handy TO-236-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Adjustable, Shunt signal.There is an external packaging of Tape & Reel (TR).With 3, different functions are terminated.Precision voltage measurements require 1% tolerance.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 2.495V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.Adjustable forms are provided for user input.A part with 3 pins is included.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Pins 59 are firmly seated in the part.Surface Mount is the right platform for the application.There is 200mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 200mA in this case.The maximum output voltage of the voltage reference ic amounts to 36V volts.The lowest voltage output of the voltage reference ic is 2.495V.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 2.507V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.There must be a 2.495V supply voltage for it to function.The voltage must be 2.47V at a minimum.At 85°C degrees Celsius, it should be able to operate.As low as -20°C can be operated by it.10mA volts is the supply current for this voltage reference circuit.If the current exceeds 10mA, the voltage reference ic may become damaged and may not operate correctly.A 200mA output current is measured for the voltage reference ic.
