AP431G-13 Overview
A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 36V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -20°C~85°C TA.Search "AP431" for other relevant parts.Applications with 200mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 200mA.The maximum output voltage is 36V.Its cathode current should generally be 500μA.There is 2.495V voltage output lower than 2.495V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 36V.The supply voltage must be 2.495V.To supply it, a voltage of 2.47V is required.
