This ac to dc converter is embedded in package SOT-23-6 .The AC/DC power converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) .It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .Ideally, the ac dc converter should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ degrees Celsius.This AC DC converter employs SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC type.When the switching frequency reaches 65kHz , the process is complete.The voltage range of the supply can be set to 10V~25V (Vcc/Vdd).There have been 6 terminations of this program.The ac dc converters are suitable for mounting by Surface Mount .Using a unique technique, a voltage with a maximum value of 25V can be ensured.
