DA7218-00U32 Overview
A 34-UFBGA, WLCSP package is provided to save space. Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method used. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance -25°C~85°C permits it to function normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. 1.7V~2.65V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. It receives a voltage of 1.5V~3.6V as its supply voltage. Transmission lines have 32 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. The minimum supply voltage is 1.7V. An ADC has 2 channels, which indicate the number of analog values that can be read simultaneously.
