CY27410LTXI-008 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 700MHz.
