CY22392FXA Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 166MHz.
