CTSLV394NG Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Cut Tape (CT) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator receives its inputs from ECL, PECL, which is designed to be the clock source. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 3GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as you provide 3V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in PECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
