WM9714CLGEFL/RV Overview
In order to save space, it is packaged in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. Because it is a type of Audio, AC '97, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. Integrated ADCs / DACs are available in 2 / 2. Supply voltage 1.8V~3.6V is provided to the analog circuit. 1.71V~3.6V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 48 terminations are used. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. Supply voltage should be maintained at 3.6V. Digital signals are converted from analog signals using 2 A/D converters. Voltage 1.8V is used for its power supply.
