WM9713CLGEFL/RV Overview
A 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is provided to save space. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). This electronic component is of the type Audio Codec '97, allowing it to provide high-efficiency performance in various applications. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. Operating performance at -25°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. 2 / 4 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V~3.6V. A supply voltage of 1.71V~3.6V is applied to the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 48 terminations, which prevent signals from re-emitted. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. 3.6V should be the maximum value of the supply voltage. In order to convert analog signals into digital signals, 3 A/D converters are used. There is 1.8V supply voltage for this device. For converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 4 D/A converters.
