WM8994ECS/R Overview
A 72-WFBGA, CSPBGA package is provided to save space. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging is adopted. Its Stereo Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. Surface Mount is the mounting type employed by this device. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. 2 / 4 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 1.71V~2V. A 1.62V~3.6V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. In order to avoid reflections off the end of the transmission line, 72 terminations are used. 72-pin electronic devices are what it is. On a PCB based on Surface Mount technology, it is mounted. Voltage should not exceed 3.6V. Analog signals are converted into digital signals by A/D converters. Maintaining a minimum voltage of 950mV is recommended. There is no supply voltage for it. It can be operated from a voltage of 3.6V. In order to transmit data, it is designed with 4 channels. The device has 8 analog inputs. It is equipped with 9 analog outputs.
