WM8962ECSN/R Overview
A 49-WFBGA, WLCSP package is provided to save space. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method is used. It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Stereo Audio. Surface Mount is the mounting type employed by this device. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. Integrated ADCs / DACs are available in 2 / 2. There is a voltage supply of 1.7V~2V to the analog circuit. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.62V~2V. In order to avoid reflections off the end of the transmission line, 49 terminations are used. This device consists of a row of 49-pins. This device is mounted on a PCB which uses the Surface Mount technology. Operating voltage of 1.8V is possible. It is necessary to convert digital signals into analog signals by using 2 D/A converters. The maximum supply voltage it can handle is 2V.
