WM8958ECS/R Overview
A 72-WFBGA, CSPBGA package is supplied for space savings. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging is adopted. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 4 ADCs / DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 1.71V~2V. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.62V~3.6V to power the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 72 terminations. The device has a 72-pin configuration. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. In order to convert analog signals into digital signals, 2 A/D converters are used. The device operates with a supply voltage of 1.2V. Powered by a 5.5V supply voltage, it can run. The data transmission channel count is 4.
