WM8944BECS/R Overview
A 25-WFBGA package is supplied for space savings. Packaging is done in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Due to the fact that this part is of the type General Purpose, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~85°C. Integrated ADCs / DACs are available in 1 / 1. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 2.4V~3.6V. 1.62V~3.6V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit. 25 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. It is a kind of 25-pin electronic device. Surface Mount technology is used for mounting it to a PCB. It is possible to convert analog signals into digital signals using 1 A/D converters. A voltage of 1.8V is required to operate the device.
