WM8281ECS/R Overview
For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in 138-WFBGA, WLCSP. Packaging is done in the form of a Cut Tape (CT). It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Audio. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. It features 6 / 8 ADCs / DACs. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 138 terminations. This device operates on 1.2V volts as its supply voltage. Temperatures should not exceed 85°C. Temperatures above -40°C should be the minimum for operation.
