WM5102ECS/R Overview
As a space saver, it comes in the 137-UFBGA, WLCSP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. The mounting type is Surface Mount. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. The board is integrated with 6 / 7 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.7V~1.9V. It receives a voltage of 1.7V~3.47V as its supply voltage. Transmission lines have 137 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. 137-pin electronic devices are what it is.
