CS43198-CWZR Overview
It is supplied in the 42-UFBGA, WLCSP package. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -10°C~70°C when operating the machine. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space.
