CS43130-CNZ Overview
In the package 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, this product is provided. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -10°C~70°C. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. In total, it has a total of 40 terminations. Keeping this FPGA in check requires a supply voltage greater than 1.66V.
