YW80C186EC20 Overview
A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. 20MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 100 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Temperatures above 70°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 20MHz MHz. Micro processors can be used from 5V. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 4.5V.
