TSL1402R Description
The TSL1402R linear sensor array is made up of two parts, each with 128 photodiodes, together with charge amplifier electronics, which are arranged in a straight line to create a contiguous 256 1 pixel array. The system has a pixel data-hold feature that gives all pixels with synchronous integration start and stop times. The pixels have a 63.5 mm by 55.5 mm size, a 63.5 mm center-to-center distance, and an 8 mm interpixel distance. Internal circuitry that simply needs a serial-input pulse (SI) and a clock simplifies operation.
