TSL1401CL Description
The TSL1401CL linear sensor array is made up of a 128 1 array of photodiodes, related charge amplifier hardware, and an internal pixel data-hold function that offers start and stop periods for simultaneous integration for each pixel. Each of the 128 pixels in the array has a 3524.3 square micrometer photosensitive area. Pixels are spaced apart by 8 m. Internal control circuitry that just needs a serial-input (SI) signal and a clock simplifies operation.
