In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. In total, there are 80 terminations. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 16-Bit system. There is 12MHz frequency set for the CPU. It can supply a maximum current of 5.5V. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. 8 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 80 pins. According to its datasheet, this micro processor requires 5V power supplies. CPU voltage can't be higher than 62.5mA. The microprocessor has additional features, such as DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS. Hardware interrupts have been handled with 5 external interrupt terminations. For the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process, 2 channels are used.
