R80C186XL25 Product Details

R80C186XL25 Overview

The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PLCC. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. There is MICROPROCESSOR MICROPROCESSOR in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. A total of 68 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. There are 16 bits in its architecture. 25MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 68 pin functions are described in the datasheets. The CPU's external data bus width is 16. Temperatures above 70°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 68 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 25MHz MHz. Micro processors can be used from 5V. It is specified in the datasheet that this micro processor requires 5V power supplies. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core. 100mA voltage higher than 100mA can be supplied to the CPU. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 4.5V. Don't forget the microprocessor's additional features like: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS; NUMERIC COPROCESSOR INTERFACE. 5 hardware interrupts are terminated externally. Programming DMA (Direct Memory Access) is done on the 2 channels.
