IXD3236A18CMR-G Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 600mA. There is a maximum input voltage of 6V for this voltage regulator 12v. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 1.8V at least.
