IXD3235A18DMR-G Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 3MHz switching frequencies. Input voltage 2V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 600mA output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 6V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.8V.
