IXD3235A18CMR-G Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. 1.2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 2V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 600mA. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 6V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.8V.
