IXD3221A09AMR Product Details

IXD3221A09AMR Overview

With its SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 2.8V~16V and has a 2.8V~16V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 1MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start.
