A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 12 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 300kHz~2MHz switching frequencies. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 500mA output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 36V.
